We are pleased to inform our members that, from the May 2026 exam session onwards, IOB will be delivering all online APA and QFA examinations directly through IOB Learn.
IOB is offering this new online solution from May 2026 onwards and we endeavour to offer a variety of different time slots wherever possible, the majority of which are scheduled during out-of-office hours.

You will be required to book your exam timeslot through the Exam Hub which can be found on your IOB Learn dashboard from the time the booking window opens:
To book an exam time:
Log into your IOB Learn Dashboard
On your dashboard, in the Exam Hub section you will see your registered exam card. Click 'Book Now' on the QFA Exam Booking Card (an example is below of what it will look like)
Select Confirm on the exam time that you wish to choose (if status is Unavailable it means that exam slot is full)
Click Continue on the pop up window titled 'Confirm Booking'. Please note that once you confirm the date and time cannot be changed
Status will change to Booking Confirmed
When you return to your Dashboard, the confirmed date and time will be displayed on your exam card(s)
Please ensure you check the exam time zone if you are located outside Ireland. All IOB exams are scheduled according to Dublin, Ireland (GMT) time.
