There is no password set up on the exam so if that's popping up you may need to do the following:
-refresh the page
-clear your browser cache and cookies
-check if the browser needs to be upgraded
-try a different browser (Edge and Chrome, Safari is not supported)
-uninstall and reinstall Proctorio extension
