If you lose connection then go back to the Exam Centre on your IOB Learn Dashboard and click on the 'Start Exam' in the 'My Exam Planner' section.
You will need to go through the pre checks again
What ever you wrote or clicked previously will have been saved
1. Log into IOB Learn, on the Dashboard page click into the Exam Centre
2. In My Exam Planner, click Start exam beside the exam
3. This will then bring the student to the start of the exam pre-checks.
a. If you have more than one tab or bowser open it will prompt you to close it
b. If you have more than one monitor connected it will prompt you to disconnect it (only one screen is allowed)
