To submit an accreditation request for an LIA accredited event please complete the form here: www.iob.ie/info/cpd. On the accreditation form, under Broad description of the activity there is an option to select LIA/III Accredited event.
Please note:
For LIA/III accredited events you will be asked to provide the accreditation confirmation detailing the hours awarded by the relevant institution.
You will need to complete all fields of the form to submit the request. If they are not relevant for you, please include N/A.
