If you wish to appeal the categories or hours awarded to an event that was accredited by IOB, forward the email you received with the code to [email protected] and state why you wish to appeal the accreditation details.

Please include supporting content information with your request if possible, for example: slides, agenda, topic outline etc.

Please note: for the MCC designations, the criteria for CPD is outlined by the Central Bank of Ireland and should be directly related to the advising on/arranging of retail financial products. The Central Bank has specifically excluded soft skills and culture from the topics eligible for CPD and as such, these topics would be out of scope for these designations.
