To update your personal information, please follow the below steps.
Log in to IOB Learn
From the Quick Links on the left of the page, select "Update My Details"
Make changes or update details as required
Save your changes by selecting the Save button on the top right hand side.
Things to note:
Changes to your first/last name, or date of birth have to be requested via email.
Please provide a photo ID showing the requested change, (or in the case of a name change, marriage certificate or deed poll will suffice) to [email protected].
If you are unable to update your email address via IOB Learn, please email [email protected] with the requested change.
For GDPR security reasons, we are unable to accept email change requests over the phone.
