To pay your membership or designation fees:

-Log in to IOB Learn

-Click on the < icon on the right hand side of the page to open Quick Links

-Click on Membership/Fees

-In the Available for renewal click on the IOB Annual Membership renewal card or Renewal Designation card and follow the on-screen instructions.

-You can pay using a credit or debit card. EFT is not currently an available payment method.

-The payment process will prompt you for direct debit details.

-If you wish to make a once-off card payment instead, please select the toggle next to "I agree to pay my future fees by direct debit" so that it is grey, and you should be able to continue forward to the checkout.*

-Follow the prompts to complete the checkout.

-An order confirmation is then automatically issued to your email and IOB Learn correspondence.

Note:

Some members have encountered an issue whereby even when the toggle is grey, they are unable to continue. As a workaround while this is under review, please switch the toggle to orange and select "My account is outside of the ROI"
