To pay your membership and or designation fees please follow the steps below.
Log in to IOB Learn
Under the Quick Links section on the left of the page, click on Membership/Fees
Click on the Membership fees card or Designation fees card.
You can pay using a credit or debit card or you can set up a direct debit. EFT is not currently an available payment method.
The first part of the payment flow will prompt you for direct debit details.
If you wish to make a once-off card payment instead, please select the toggle next to "I agree to pay my future fees by direct debit" so that it is grey, and you should be able to continue forward to the checkout.*
Follow the prompts to complete the checkout.
An order confirmation is then automatically issued to your email and IOB Learn correspondence.
* Note: Some members have encountered an issue whereby even when the toggle is grey, they are unable to continue. As a workaround while this is under review, please switch the toggle to orange and select "My account is outside of the ROI"
