· Has it been 10/15 working days since this event?

If applicable, the CPD hours will be recorded on your CPD record within 15 working days after the event by the IOB team – no code is needed.

If it has been less than 15 working days, hold tight! We are working on it.

· Were you online for the full duration of the event?

You must be actively logged in for the full duration of the event to have your CPD logs updated. Part-hours are not awarded, so if you were not online for the full duration of the event, there are no hours awarded.

· Was the event applicable to your designation?

Check back on the event CPD information on iob.ie/events under ‘Past Events’ to make sure that the event was applicable to your designation. If not, we cannot update your CPD logs.

Remember also:

You have to log into IOB events using your own IOB Membership number.
Group participation in events cannot be facilitated.
Audio-only/Dial-In attendees or replay viewing on IOB Learn does not qualify for CPD.
