I have attended an IOB event and my hours have not been updated to reflect that. Why is that?

CPD hours for an IOB event may not have been applied by our CPD team as of yet (it can take up to 10 working days from the event date for the hours to be applied). It is required that you are logged in for the full event, if you were not logged in for a sufficient amount of time in the event you may not be awarded the CPD hours.
