Yes. You need to submit an Annual CPD Return each year by January 31st. If you fail to submit your return, your designation is automatically expired.
If you have a shortfall in hours (i.e hours remaining to be completed) you are still required to make an annual return by January 31st, so that your shortfall can be added to your next year's requirement.
Whether you have had a previous shortfall within 5 years will determine what status your designation remains in while this is completed, and we contact any members with shortfalls once the annual returns process has closed.
