Normally, if you didn't receive any error messages when inputting the code, it means that the content of the event was out of scope for your designation.

this means that while the event was accredited, it was deemed not relevant to the designation you hold and the code won't work when you try to upload it.

The event should still be visible in the Hours Breakdown for you, just with 0 or undefined listed for the hours.
